Meet Your Instructor

Brooke Keeton

Brooke has been navigating vision loss due to retinal disease since her teenage years while striving to maintain an active lifestyle as a dancer and athlete. She discovered Pilates in the 1990s, but it wasn’t until she met Erica Mott in 2020 that it became a true passion, transforming her core strength, mobility, and confidence as a white cane user.

When training with her first guide dog, LAINA, at 62, she was initially apprehensive but soon amazed at how Pilates had prepared her for the rigorous schedule and challenging routes in New Jersey. Now, Brooke hopes to share the benefits of Pilates with BSC clients, offering them strength, stability, confidence in blind travel, and a supportive community to navigate challenges together.
